Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your apparel, email us at thevitalpursuit@gmail.com within 30 days and we'll issue a full refund.

VPX Online purchases are non-refundable unless proof of defective product.

Shipping/Fulfillment

 

Apparel orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Online Course purchases are processed within 15 minutes, and you should receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes of your purchase.

 

Apparel orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

 

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
