Lead by certified trainer Andrew Bolter, Vital Pursuit offers a variety of options for training from Individual, Group, to Large Organizational classes. Duration, location, and schedule can be determined on a class-by-class basis.

CONSULTATION
Identifying individual needs and goals in a free-of-charge 30-45 minute session will be the first step towards vitality. During this time, we will discuss personal goals, health history and assess posture and gait. In addition, you will learn more about us and what you can expect from our journey together.
