We train clients in Vital Sequences, a progressive, integrated training methodology based on contextual movements, executed in multiple planes. Designed to engage the entire body and mind (neuro-myofascial system), the movements help to correct dysfunctions, refine dynamic movement, enhance relevant mobility, and reinforce bio-rhythms all of which are critical to achieving a natural state of vitality.
Setting you up for success means getting to the bottom of where physical and mental behavior requires refining, correcting or creating. We assess your past and present exercise routines, injuries, pain, postures, gait, stress and coping strategies, nutrition, and sleep habits all of which informs the development of a training program that is effective and achievable.

Andrew Bolter formed Vital Pursuit in 2014 to help people (re)gain the skills to live a more purposeful, harmonious life. At the forefront of his industry, Andrew applies critical thinking and progressive techniques in physiology, biomechanics, neuroscience, psychology, and nutrition science to help his clients train with intention and live in balance.
